This class is open to all levels! In this class we will focus on gaining the needed strength & flexibility to have confidence & control on Lyra. We will drill the needed fundamentals so you have a solid platform to build off of in your Lyra journey!

Lyra is a FULL BODY workout! Please come prepared with full length fitted pants/leggings, socks, & no jewelry/rings.
